The Brooding...
Snapped on the road to Payne’s Find, this was the precursor to a massive incoming storm.
That night, the sky was filled with severe lightning and the areas 15km north and south of Payne’s Find were drenched, leaving veritable lakes along the side of the road.
Payne’s Find, however, was bone dry the next morning.
Shot with a Nikon D700 and 35mm f2 lens.

Interesting perspective. From casual view my stomach wrenched a bit as it looks like you are going head on towards that truck.

This is a great photo; in fact great doesn't even cover it mate. Gorgeous. Amazing. The clouds are almost biblical, like a painting by Michaelangelo.
